Buick GMC - Sr. Project Coordinator

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing and innovation company, is seeking an LMS Operations and Data Strategist to join their Learning & Development department, supporting Global Learning Operations, Manufacturing Learning Leaders, HR Talent Management, and cross-functional business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve global LMS operations, ensuring compliance, reporting accuracy, and learner readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex LMS issues related to learner access, training records, reporting, and system integrations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support training compliance and business decisions.
• Support Corporate Required Training (CRT), audit readiness activities, and governance requirements.
• Coordinate course setup, testing, launches, maintenance, and reporting while partnering with HR, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in LMS administration, learning operations, training analytics, or a related field.
• Experience supporting global learning management systems, compliance programs, and reporting initiatives.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and data management functions.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience creating dashboards, analyzing learning data, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
