About the role

Responsible for promoting a work environment that is positive, customer‑service oriented and compliant with established policies and procedures. Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and enhancing the customer experience in store through product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Proper and accurate use and training of the POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops.
• Greet and check in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in store, on the phone, and processing online orders.
• Encourage sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain a full understanding of the training and compliance binder.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards, ensuring proper signage, price tickets, and marketing materials are visible and updated.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well‑stocked store and ensure general housekeeping duties are upheld.
• Maintain a positive attitude that creates a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail settings.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or GED.
• Must pass a level 2 background check and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of receiving an offer letter.
• Physical requirements: able to lift at least 25 lb and stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
• Must have reliable transportation to the store.

Pay

$14 hourly
