About the role

The Budtender is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting products, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service
• Avoid recommending products that are not available in the store
• Ensure all transactions are accurate and processed promptly
• Follow state regulations regarding product display and sales
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations
• Experience in retail or hospitality industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Pay

• $15.00 per hour

Schedule

• Mondays through Fridays: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sundays: Closed
