About the role

Become a key member of our team as a Budtender. Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting products, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service
• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs
• Ensure all transactions are accurate and compliant with state regulations
• Keep store environment clean and organized
• Participate in training programs to maintain product knowledge and skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for delivery duties)

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Team player with strong problem-solving skills

Pay

• $15.00 per hour

Schedule

• Mondays through Fridays: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sundays: Closed
