Budget Analyst
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, but remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Job Duties Job Posting End Date: ..."? Actually that line is metadata; we can fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. The posting includes many details: hiring range, benefits, location, duties, qualifications, etc. We need to extract substantive content. We need sections: maybe "About the role" (mission, description), "Responsibilities" (duties), "Qualifications" (minimum and preferred), "Benefits" (time off, holidays, insurance, pension, etc.), "Pay" (salary range), "Schedule" (work hours, hybrid, location). Also maybe "Work Location". But we must only include sections with real content. We must not create sections with placeholder like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay range, so Pay section ok. Schedule: we have expected work hours Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., hybrid possibility after probation. So we can include Schedule. Benefits: we have 24 days paid flexible time off, up to 12.5 holidays, comprehensive insurance, medical/dental clinic, pension plan, advancement/professional development opportunities. So Benefits section. Qualifications: we have minimum knowledge, skills, abilities (Bachelor's degree, 2 years experience, etc.) and preferred (degree in accounting, business, finance, 3+ years, CPA/CPFO, GAAP knowledge, etc.). So we can have Qualifications section. Responsibilities: list of duties. About the role: mission statement and position description. We must not duplicate content. Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose. We must not include headings for sections that have no real content. So we will include: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to ensure we don't include Job ID etc. Also we must not include "Job Duties Job Posting End Date: ..." as heading; we can drop that metadata or put in a short
maybe but it's minor. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can drop that line entirely. We also need to remove duplicated lines, boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Let's extract substantive info: From posting: - Hiring range: $64,480 to $90,230 annually ($31.00 to $43.38 per hour). - Physical Demands and Work Conditions: Standard office environment... This is more details about work conditions; could be part of Schedule or maybe we can include as part of Schedule or a separate section? The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical Demands could be part of Schedule or maybe we can include under Schedule as it's about work conditions. But we have Schedule heading for work hours; we could also include physical demands under Schedule or maybe we can omit as it's not explicitly requested. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot discard substantive info unless it's boilerplate. Physical Demands is substantive. We need to include it somewhere. Could be part of Schedule or maybe a separate section like "Work Conditions". But the allowed headings list includes Schedule; we could put physical demands under Schedule as it's about work conditions. Or we could create a "Work Conditions" heading but not in allowed list? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples but not exclusive? It says "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect those headings; we should stick to those. Physical demands could be placed under Schedule or maybe under Benefits? Not really. Could be under Schedule as it's about work schedule/conditions. We'll include a
under Schedule describing physical demands. - Selection Process etc: that's more about hiring process; could be considered boilerplate? It's not exactly boilerplate but it's about application process. The instruction says remove application instructions. So we can drop Selection Process, Pre-employment Requirements, etc. - About Anoka County: mission statement etc. That's substantive; could be part of About the role. - Commitment to Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employment: that's EEO boilerplate; remove. - Contact info etc: remove. - Minimum Education Required Not Specified etc: those are metadata lines; we can drop. - Shift Other etc: drop. - Number of Openings 1: drop. - Compensation line duplicate: we already have Pay. - Postal Code etc: drop. - Job Type Full Time: maybe part of Schedule? Could be included. - Place of Work On-site: but we have hybrid after probation; we can note. - Requisition ID: drop. - Job Benefits: duplicate. Thus we will craft HTML:
