About the role

We are an internationally active family business with locations in the Rhine-Main area and Düsseldorf. With our 4 brands, we have been actively shaping and continuously developing the standards of the cosmetics industry for 40 years. Our success allows us to grow further: strengthen our team in Eltville am Rhein (near Frankfurt), full-time (with up to 2 days of home office possible), as soon as possible as an Export Clerk (m/f/d) in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Order acceptance/processing
• Invoicing and preparation of export documents
• Review of credit limits and overdue invoices, including preparation of reminders
• Customer consulting and support, serving as a point of contact for requests
• Review of payment and delivery terms
• Handling complaints

Requirements

• Commercial training combined with fluent English
• Several years of experience in export
• Strong communication skills for international customer contact
• Secure German language skills
• Routine with MS Office
