About the role

We are looking for an accountant to independently manage the ongoing financial accounting for our digitally operating clients. You will handle single-entry and double-entry bookkeeping, prepare advance VAT returns, intra-Community supply declarations (ZM), and monthly financial statements, and serve as the primary contact for clients' accounting questions. You will also coordinate communication with government agencies and support our digitalization projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing financial accounting (single-entry and double-entry bookkeeping) for our primarily digital clients
• Prepare advance VAT returns, intra-Community supply declarations (ZM), and monthly financial statements
• Serve as the contact person for clients' accounting questions
• Act as the interface between our clients and government agencies
• Support digitalization projects

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or degree
• Several years of professional experience in tax consulting
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in BMD/NTCS and MS Office, digital competence, and experience with interfaces
• English language skills

Pay

Starting salary from €3,400 gross per month (higher salary possible depending on qualifications).

Schedule

Hybrid work model (office and home office).
