Responsibilities

• Run a successful, high-performing restaurant while upholding McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Inspire and coach Department and Shift Managers, helping them reach their full potential.
• Hire, train, and grow a strong team that feels supported, motivated, and proud of their work.
• Drive results by setting clear goals, creating action plans, and celebrating wins.
• Foster a positive, energetic culture where employees and guests feel valued.

Requirements

• Experience leading high-volume teams (QSR, retail, or hospitality preferred).
• A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
• A positive, high-energy mindset with a hands-on leadership style.
• Strong goal-setting and problem-solving skills.
• 18 years of age or older.
