What You'll Do:
- Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
- Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills
- Accurately track data and progress in real-time
- Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments
- Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training
Scheduling & Compensation:
- $18-$23/hour, depending on qualifications and market
- Work close to home; we serve families throughout Southfield and surrounding areas
