Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable, including bill payments and vendor management
  • Prepare and maintain accounting records for clients
  • Aid with budgeting and cash projections
  • Aid in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
  • Generate monthly financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets
  • Maintain organized financial records
  • Provide general administrative support and manage internal and external correspondence
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Plan and organize efficiently
  • Manage schedules and prioritize tasks
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct) preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
