About the role
The BSA Development Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of various initiatives within the Business Solutions Area. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Supports the development and implementation of business solutions initiatives
- Manages project timelines and resources
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Assists in the preparation of project reports and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a project management or administrative support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus
