About the role

The Brotherhood Media Network is seeking creative, motivated undergraduate fraternity and sorority members to serve as Campus Correspondents. Correspondents will help tell authentic stories about college, fraternity life, friendship, leadership, service, personal growth, and brotherhood through engaging short-form video content.

Responsibilities

  • Take an active role in growing Brotherhood Media Network's brand awareness and audience through on-campus promotions, identifying opportunities to reach new followers within your inter/national organization's membership, and engaging with followers.
  • Create original, short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Capture authentic campus experiences, events, traditions, and student perspectives.
  • Conduct informal interviews with students, alumni, campus leaders, and fraternity advocates.
  • Identify and pitch timely content ideas, trends, and stories relevant to college students.
  • Serve as a positive representative of the Brotherhood Media Network and your campus community.
  • Submit video footage according to established deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Brotherhood Media Network social team to ensure content aligns with brand standards and platform best practices.
  • Attend in-person training October 4–5, 2026 (required for selected applicants; travel and lodging expenses will be paid).

Requirements

  • Potential content topics include: College life and student experiences, Friendship, brotherhood, and belonging, Leadership development, Mental health and wellbeing, Campus traditions and events, Service and philanthropy, Career preparation and professional development, Advice for incoming students, Student success stories, and Trending topics relevant to college-aged audiences.
  • Be a currently enrolled undergraduate student.
  • Be an active member of a fraternity or sorority organization.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera and interviewing others.
  • Stay informed about social media trends and emerging content formats.
  • Be dependable, organized, and responsive.
  • Have experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar platforms.

Qualifications

  • Preferred candidates will have experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar platforms.

Skills

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and interviewing others.
  • Informed about social media trends and emerging content formats.

  • Cash incentives based on the number of followers acquired and total post engagements, contingent upon the satisfactory completion of assigned deliverables and adherence to content guidelines.
