About the role

Delivering exceptional service is the priority by:

  • Quickly responding to broker inquiries via phone or email, making it easy for them to work with us.
  • Providing support for billing inquiries, policy changes, or renewal inquiries with ease and accuracy.

An average day starts and ends at the same time every day during training. Post-training, you’ll have an assigned shift for your 40-hour work week. During busier seasons, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute more and be rewarded with overtime pay. Daily assignments vary to keep the role engaging, with dedicated time for personal and professional development.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to switch between multiple applications to complete tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, task prioritization, and critical thinking to solve problems.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with a reputation for integrity among friends and family.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., restaurant, school, or retail) is beneficial.

Pay

  • Starting salary: $50,000.
  • Immediate eligibility for overtime pay and a monthly $500 Exceptional Performance bonus (no cap on winners).
  • Regular salary increases considered every six months, with continued overtime opportunities.
