How You'll Make An Impact

• Play a key role in shaping the future of our business
• Work closely with insurers and producers to develop strategic plans for placing business
• Ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Drive growth by marketing key placements, developing innovative products, and building strong relationships with insurers
• Support producers in securing new business
• Collaborate with our claims team to advocate for clients during claims settlements
• Offer continuous learning opportunities to expand skills and make a lasting impact

About You

• Required: Bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience required. Insurance licensing required.
• PREFERRED: Professional designation preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARMA. Minimum of 3 years of broking experience in the marketplace. Existing, successful relationships with a number of insurers. A license essential to provincial licensing jurisdictions, along with management of continuing education hours. The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms and connect with clients and colleagues effectively. A solution-oriented mindset with a knack for developing resourceful and innovative approaches. Familiarity with insurance document management software (EPIC) is preferred but not required. Completion of post-secondary degrees or insurance designations is nice to have.
