Broker Liaison

Responsibilities

• Broker Relationship Management
• Serve as an informational resource for broker partners on Better Health Group's care model
• Maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of brokers
• Ensure all educational support and resources provided to broker partners are consistent and not structured as consideration for patient referrals or preferential treatment
• Track broker engagement, outreach activity, and educational touchpoints within CRM systems
• Document educational activities and broker interactions
• Participate in and support execution of community events and educational seminars
• Collaborate with Field Marketing and Events teams to align outreach activities with broader organizational objectives
• Support scheduling and follow-up for patient wellness exams and initial appointments
• Handle all prospective patient information in accordance with HIPAA privacy and security requirements
• Partner with Manager, Regional Broker Relations and internal teams to align on territory goals, compliance requirements, and outreach initiatives
• Provide regular updates on territory performance, outreach metrics, compliance activities, and market insights

Requirements / Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in insurance broker sales, Medicare outreach, community education, or a related healthcare field
• Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA privacy and security obligations
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and standard business applications
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory with a high degree of autonomy
• Physical Requirements: Ability to travel frequently, stand, walk, engage in event setup and execution activities, lift and carry event materials, operate a motor vehicle, and maintain reliable transportation
