Broker Liaison

Responsibilities

• Broker Relationship Management
• Serve as an informational resource for broker partners on Better Health Group's care model
• Maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of brokers
• Ensure all communications are educational in nature and consistent with CMS marketing guidelines
• Track broker engagement, outreach activity, and educational touchpoints within CRM systems
• Document educational activities and broker interactions
• Participate in and support execution of community events and educational seminars
• Handle all prospective patient information in accordance with HIPAA privacy and security requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless, compliant experience for prospective patients
• Partner with Manager, Regional Broker Relations and internal teams to align on territory goals, compliance requirements, and outreach initiatives

Requirements / Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in insurance broker sales, Medicare outreach, community education, or a related healthcare field
• Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA privacy and security obligations
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and standard business applications
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory with a high degree of autonomy
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across assigned markets

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel frequently within assigned markets, up to 75% of the time
• Ability to stand, walk, and engage in event setup and execution activities
• Ability to lift and carry event materials (up to 25 pounds)
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain reliable transportation to travel between assigned locations as required by the role
• Occasional evenings and weekends based on event schedules
