Own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. Partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. Strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed production goals for policies and premiums
• Build and enhance insurance agency partnerships
• Deliver the PMC Healthcare value proposition and drive submission volume
• Cross-sell products and services across the One80 team
• Collaborate with internal teams to grow the healthcare submission funnel
• Develop relationships with carrier underwriting teams to assess the company
• Create and execute strategic business plans for agency acquisitions
• Contribute to overall revenue growth through additional initiatives

Requirements

• Active P&C license or ability to acquire within 120 days
• 3+ years of workers compensation experience, ideally 5+ years
• Experience in underwriting healthcare/commercial risks
• Proven ability to manage a submission or sales funnel
• Experience handling a book of business within underwriting frameworks
• Strong relationship-building skills across multiple networks
• Proven capability in strategic business plan development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills for business report interpretation
• Familiarity with retail businesses' full insurance needs
• Agency management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region

Pay

$100,000 – $125,000 annually
