Broadcast Production Coordinator

About the role

We’re looking for someone who loves Jesus and His Church, is called to ministry, a proven leader, and passionate about gatherings and live production in the local church to lead, shepherd, and train production volunteers, and help lead production at the Broadcast (Anderson) campus. If you enjoy leading people, serving in production in live environments, or have a love and desire to create space for people to encounter Jesus and advance the gospel through production, this role could be for you!

Responsibilities

• Lead and shepherd teams
• Recruit and train volunteers
• Show experience in audio, video, or lighting in live environments, with the desire to grow in skill
• Effectively communicate to large groups
• Ability and/or desire to learn to technically troubleshoot production systems
• Ability to work well in team
