Essential Job Functions
- Manage and resolve injury claims cases
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate claim processing
- Provide legal guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders
Physical Actions
- Occasional travel to client sites
- Occasional lifting of documents
Physical Environment
The role is primarily remote with occasional in-office meetings.
Education Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
- Experience with insurance claims and litigation
Special Skill Requirement
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Additional Qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
