Essential Job Functions

• Manage and resolve injury claims cases
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate claim processing
• Provide legal guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders

Physical Actions

• Occasional travel to client sites
• Occasional lifting of documents

Physical Environment

The role is primarily remote with occasional in-office meetings.

Education Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
• Experience with insurance claims and litigation

Special Skill Requirement

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Additional Qualification

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
