Bridge Project Manager - Remote!

Our client is a civil engineering consulting firm based in the Indianapolis suburbs that provides transportation and infrastructure design services across Indiana. The company specializes in roadway, stormwater, and bridge engineering, supporting public agencies and consultant partners on projects ranging from bridge design and rehabilitation to inspections and load ratings.

About the role

This is a full-time, remote role supporting transportation and bridge projects throughout Indiana. You’ll work on a collaborative team with a strong presence on state transportation programs, leading INDOT-focused projects and delivering practical, cost-effective infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage bridge design, rehabilitation, or structural transportation projects
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and project schedules
• Ensure compliance with INDOT standards, procedures, and transportation project workflows
• Manage project budgets, client communication, and technical deliverables
• Use bridge design tools, structural analysis software, or CAD platforms to support project work

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or structural engineering
• Experience managing bridge or structural transportation projects
• Familiarity with INDOT standards and transportation project workflows
• Proficiency with structural analysis software or CAD platforms
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required
