About the role
We are looking for a Bridge Project Manager to join our team. This role involves planning and managing all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects. You will independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance the team throughout the entire project's development.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects
- Independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance team throughout entire project's development
- Establish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
- Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance
- Conduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with other staff
- Cookload workload through entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule
- Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
- A license/certification
- PMP certification
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 7 years related experience
- A minimum of 2 years project management experience
- The ability to interact with various design teams
- Excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 annually
