Bridge Maintenance Foreman

Job Description/Summary

Responsible for the oversight of safe and productive field operations. Supervises the job site in accordance with Curtis Contracting, policies, procedures and values. Experience Bridge Structure construction as a Foreman, Superintendent, or Lead. Responsible for the planning and logistics of all project related tasking to include but not limited to coordinating with sub-contractors and vendors, scheduling and compliance, inspections, and equipment and materials required. Leadership to field level employees to include communicating performance expectations, disciplinary action and the guidance needed.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

• Drug Test/Screening
• Reference Checks
• OSHA 10 certification
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Construction leadership experience
