Responsibilities
- Lead bridge structural design, plan development, and delivery to create an excellent client experience
- Provide technical leadership through design oversight and review of bridge design calculations, reports, and plan sets
- Support the execution of CEC’s transportation growth strategy by providing best-in-class client service
- Collaborate on project pursuits, proposals, scopes, and schedules
- Coordinate multi-discipline design efforts including geotechnical, roadway, permitting and others
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineering license (P.E.) in Pennsylvania, or ability to be registered through reciprocity
- 10+ years of experience in bridge design and project management
- Proficiency with MicroStation/Open Roads and/or Civil 3D and bridge design software
- Strong communication and project management skills
