Bridge Crew Laborer
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (About This Role). Responsibilities (What You'll Do Daily Responsibilities). Requirements/Qualifications (What You'll Bring Qualifications). Benefits (What You'll Get Benefits Include). Pay (Compensation Range). Schedule? Not explicitly given; there is Work Environment mentions full-time hourly position expected to work at least 40 hours per week. That's schedule info. Could include Schedule section. Also maybe "Work Environment" could be its own section but not in list; but we can include as a section if we want, but instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Work Environment and Physical Requirements into a "Working Conditions" but not in list. However we have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could map: About the role -> About This Role. Responsibilities -> What You'll Do Daily Responsibilities. Requirements -> What You'll Bring Qualifications (maybe also include physical requirements?). Qualifications maybe same as Requirements; but we could split: Requirements (must have) and Qualifications (preferred). But we have both in same block. Could combine. Skills maybe not explicit. Benefits -> What You'll Get Benefits Include. Pay -> Compensation Range. Schedule -> mention full-time hourly position expected to work at least 40 hours per week (maybe also travel required). We'll include Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like Equal Opportunity Employer, EEO, etc. Remove those. Also remove "About Us" maybe not needed as heading; but we could include as a brief paragraph? The instruction: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. About Us is not a heading per list; but we could include as a
before sections? The instruction: Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. It didn't forbid extra paragraphs outside headings. However they said "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can have other
for prose. Could include About Us as a
before sections. But they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be okay to include About Us as a paragraph. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting except boilerplate. Let's extract substantive content: About Us: details about company founding, subsidiary, industries served, growth, licensing states, commitment, etc. That's substantive. Keep. We need to output HTML fragment with
headings for each section we include. Potential sections: - About the role (maybe "About This Role") - Responsibilities (What You'll Do Daily Responsibilities) - Requirements (What You'll Bring Qualifications) maybe combine with Qualifications? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications as headings; we could make one section "Requirements" containing the qualifications list. Or we could have "Qualifications" separate. Since we have both, we could do two sections: "Requirements" (must-haves) and "Qualifications" (preferred). But the list includes both must and preferred. Might be okay to just have one "Requirements" section with all bullet points. - Benefits (What You'll Get Benefits Include) - Pay (Compensation Range) - Schedule (full-time hourly position expected to work at least 40 hours per week) maybe also mention travel required? Travel is in About This Role. Could include schedule. We also have Work Environment and Physical Requirements; these could be part of "Schedule"? Not really. Could be a "Working Conditions" section but not in list. However instruction says we can use headings like those examples but not limited to? It says "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That implies we can use those headings; maybe we can also use other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. We could incorporate Work Environment and Physical Requirements into "Responsibilities" or "Requirements"? Not ideal. Perhaps we can create a section "Working Conditions" but that's not in the list; risk of being considered not following instruction. However instruction says "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. So we can use other headings if needed. But they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we can combine Work Environment and Physical Requirements into a section like "Working Conditions". That would be one section. Alternatively we could create separate sections for "Work Environment" and "Physical Requirements". That would be more sections but still substantive. Might be okay. Let's decide: We'll include sections: - About the role (About This Role) - Responsibilities (What You'll Do Daily Responsibilities) - Requirements (What You'll Bring Qualifications) - Benefits (What You'll Get Benefits Include) - Pay (Compensation Range) - Schedule (Work environment + Physical requirements + schedule hours) maybe combine. But schedule section should contain info about hours, travel, work environment, physical demands. That's okay. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific numbers. Now produce HTML. Structure:
About the role
... (About This Role content)
Responsibilities
- ... ...
Requirements
- ... ...
Benefits
- ... ...
Pay
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $18.00/Hr. - USD $26.00/Hr., depending on experience and qualifications. Pay is based on the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the employee.
