Requirements
- Experienced in highway or bridge construction with a NICET 2, 3, 4, or NICET equivalent experience
- BSCE is desirable
- Effective oral and written communication skills are mandatory
- Concrete, asphalt, and traffic control, and painting certifications are a plus
- Depending on the position level, at least 5 to 15 years of highway and bridge construction inspection and contract administration experience
