Bridal Stylist (Bilingual Spanish/English)

Bon Bon Belle is a modern bridal boutique in Madison, WI dedicated to helping every bride feel confident, beautiful, and uniquely herself. The boutique offers a curated collection of stunning gowns and personalized service to make finding “the one” an unforgettable experience. Because of the diverse community of brides in Madison, complete fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English is a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers promptly, answer phones, reply to inquiries, and ensure all customers are taken care of.
• Sales: Host brides and their guests for dress appointments, act as a subject‑matter expert, and guide brides to say yes to their perfect dress.
• Service: Provide exceptional service to wow each customer and guest in the store.
• Visual Merchandising: Contribute positively to the store’s appearance; keep displays beautiful, clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Daily housekeeping and general upkeep: Sweep floors, keep the bathroom clean and stocked, organize dresses, maintain glassware cleanliness and organization, and tidy the store each shift.
• Continuous training: Stay updated on new products, terminology, and trends, including attending the monthly staff meeting.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Flexible schedule; able to work part‑time alongside another job or a full‑time job that allows store hours.
• Experience in bridal or retail sales.
• Residence within 30 minutes of the store.
• Interest in bridal styling, fashion, or design; follows related trends on social media.
• Enjoys teamwork and supports overall team success.
• Comfortable being on feet and moving around throughout the shift.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Compensation

$12 per hour plus bonuses and tips (average total earnings of $24–$38 per hour). Employment classification: Non‑Exempt.
