You will play a vital role in creating unforgettable bridal, prom, and pageant experiences by guiding clients through stunning selections, demonstrating product features, and providing personalized styling advice. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help clients feel confident and beautiful on their special day, while earning competitive commissions and tips that reward your dedication.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and build genuine relationships to understand their bridal, prom, and/or pageant vision and needs
• Assist customers with selecting wedding, prom, and/or pageant gowns, accessories, and luxury products, providing expert styling advice
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase fabric quality, design details, and customization options
• Upsell additional items such as veils, jewelry, and complementary accessories to enhance the bridal, prom, and/or pageant look
• Maintain an organized sales floor through merchandising, stocking, and ensuring products are attractively displayed
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or bridal, prom, or pageant fashion; supervising experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in multiple languages (bilingual—Spanish and English—abilities are advantageous)
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries confidently
• Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining a positive attitude
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations
• Experience working in grocery stores or similar retail environments is helpful but not required
