About the role

Handling bridesmaid dresses, mother-of-the-bride gowns, and ceremony attire alongside the main gown is also part of the responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fittings for wedding gowns
• Customize gowns for each bride
• Hemming, side seams, bodice shaping, neckline adjustments, sleeve modifications
• Create bustles tailored to the dress design and the bride's preference
• Handle bridesmaid dresses, mother-of-the-bride gowns, and ceremony attire
• Guide brides through the process, timelines, and expectations on the day

Requirements

• Demonstrated bridal alteration experience (portfolio or references welcome)
• Experience working with high-value gowns and the ability to fit them properly
• A strong customer-facing presence to help brides feel at ease
• A reliable workspace with adequate space for fitting and steaming
