Responsibilities

• Perform building envelope repair tasks according to company standards and safety protocols.
• Inspect buildings for damage and assess repair needs.
• Use specialized tools and equipment to perform repairs.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in construction or similar field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of building materials and construction techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Experience with scaffolding and ladders.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
