Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Legacy Place, Dedham, Massachusetts and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities
- Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting each visitor, performing all cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner at all times (80%).
- Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and delivering LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
- Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom by assisting in the receiving of merchandise, maintaining the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, knowing and abiding by all safety regulations, and notifying management of potential shortage situations (10%).
- Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to management.
- Engage customers using promotional materials and loyalty programs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Process information and merchandise through the register system.
Requirements
- Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business needs dictate.
- Freely access all areas of the store, including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock.
- Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
- May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
- Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day. Availability must span at least three days.
Pay
The hourly wage for the position ranges from $19.50 to $21.50, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
