Responsibilities

• Exceed guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions (80% of role)
• Greet every guest, perform all cash register functions, and maintain a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning/executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10% of role)
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom standards, and notify management of potential shortages (10% of role)
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests
• Process information and merchandise through the register system

Requirements

• Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates
• Freely access all areas of the store, including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock
• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders
• Close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Lift at least 30 lbs
• Provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day with a minimum of 3 days (does not guarantee 25 hours of scheduled work)

Pay

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $22 to $23, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
