About the role

We are an independent craft brewery driven by innovation and flavor. We are seeking a passionate Creative Brewer to join our team and help craft our next great brew.

Key Responsibilities

• Brewing Operations: Manage the hot side and cold side of production.
• Recipe Development: Create unique, high-quality beer recipes and test new ingredients.
• Quality Control: Monitor fermentation, yeast health, and flavor profiles daily.
• Sanitation: Maintain strict cleaning protocols for all tanks, lines, and equipment.
• Packaging Support: Assist with canning, bottling, and kegging operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: At least 1–2 years of professional brewing experience.
• Creative Mind: A strong passion for craft beer trends and flavor experimentation.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 55 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet all day.
• Detail-Oriented: Strict adherence to safety, cleaning, and recipe measurements.
• Bonus Points: Direct experience operating and maintaining high-speed canning or bottling lines is a major plus!
