Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate brewing equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
• Monitor and adjust quality control measures to maintain product consistency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of brewing facilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related experience in a food service or beverage industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.

Skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
