Breeder Farm Catcher - 1st shift

Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Breeder Farm Catcher in Paulding.

Responsibilities

• Properly setting up and tearing down of A.I. equipment
• Assisting A.I. Technician with counting, penning, and properly moving and securing hens.
• Cleaning nests and approaches

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to repeatedly lift 60 pounds

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $18.90 with the potential of increasing to $19.90 after 90 days. Additional pay includes monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses.

Schedule

Typically a 6-day work schedule, approximately 4:30am‑1:00pm.
