At Mercy One, you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills, work with state-of-the-art technology, and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.As a Breast Surgery Program Coordinator at MercyOne, you will:Coordinate Program accreditationFacilitate Breast Surgery program activitiesServe as a backup/extension of the Breast Care NavigatorRepresent MercyOne for Breast Cancer related community health education and promotionWork in conjunction with Mammo Department to coordinate Breast Surgery/mammo screening programsAdhere to all safety, infection control and colleague health policies and proceduresMaintain a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behaviorSchedule:40 hours a weekDay shiftMinimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree: BSN or BA in Health Education, Health Promotion, or Health Management preferredGraduate of an accredited school of nursing or other related medical programLicensure or certification in accordance with educationBLSMRTMinimum of 2 years Healthcare related clinical experienceHigh language, intermediate math, high reasoning ability Personal computerAbility to work with diverse group of peopleAt MercyOne, we care deeply about your well-being—both physical and mental.
