Western Colorado Radiologic Associates (WCRA) is seeking a BC/BE radiologist with breast imaging expertise to join our established physician-led practice in Grand Junction, Colorado.

About the role

This onsite position offers a balanced case mix of approximately 50% breast imaging and 50% general diagnostic radiology, allowing physicians to maintain both subspecialty focus and broad diagnostic skills. The position is MQSA-qualified and involves interpretation of screening and diagnostic mammography along with participation in breast imaging procedures. The remaining portion of the role includes general diagnostic radiology across multiple modalities. Western Colorado Radiologic Associates (WCRA) is a progressive, physician-led radiology practice serving hospitals and clinics throughout western Colorado and eastern Utah. The group supports St. Mary’s Medical Center, the largest hospital between Denver and Salt Lake City and the region’s only Level II trauma center, providing advanced care in trauma, stroke, oncology, cardiac, women’s health, and neonatal services.

Requirements

  • Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME accredited U.S. training program
  • MQSA certification required
  • Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
  • Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Colorado
  • Comfortable with general diagnostic radiology

Pay

The salary range for this position is $450,000–$500,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
