Radiology Partners Crossroads is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Breast Imaging Radiologist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This opportunity includes a partnership track and a highly competitive compensation package.

About the Role

• Robust comprehensive breast program with 5 breast centers
• Latest Hologic 3D Mammography with Clarity HD and Quorum
• Mammo/Tomo (prone and Affirm), Ultrasound, and MRI guided biopsies and localizations
• Full protocol MRI imaging as well as Abbreviated MRI for dense breast screening
• Close, collaborative relationship with multiple fellowship-trained breast surgeons
• Dedicated tracking department and high-risk breast clinic
• Supporting and teaching opportunities for residency program
• Partnership track available

Requirements

• Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME-accredited U.S. training program
• Fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred
• MQSA preferred
• Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
• Indiana medical license or ability to obtain one

Compensation

• Salary range: $650,000 - $800,000 (final determination based on education, experience, certifications, and geographic location)
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
• Guaranteed six-figure bonus package plus productivity incentives
