Requirements
- Background and familiarity with personal computers
- Possesses the ability to communicate orally and in writing
- Works effectively in a team environment
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills
- Possesses knowledge of community resources, hospital processes, structure, and function
Qualifications
- Good physical and mental health
- Able to bend, lift, push without limitation, using good body mechanics
- Able to sit for long periods, and walk some distance
- Able to possess visual acuity with corrective lenses and able to read written materials
- Able to possess good hearing ability with corrective aids to hear normal speech and telephone voices
- Able to work under stressful conditions and situations
- Able to work under direct supervision or independently as required
Skills
- Education/Experience: Degree in Community Counseling, Nursing, Psychology, or other related field
One year of oncology experience preferred (for Eligible Employees)
