Requirements

• Background and familiarity with personal computers
• Possesses the ability to communicate orally and in writing
• Works effectively in a team environment
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills
• Possesses knowledge of community resources, hospital processes, structure, and function

Qualifications

• Good physical and mental health
• Able to bend, lift, push without limitation, using good body mechanics
• Able to sit for long periods, and walk some distance
• Able to possess visual acuity with corrective lenses and able to read written materials
• Able to possess good hearing ability with corrective aids to hear normal speech and telephone voices
• Able to work under stressful conditions and situations
• Able to work under direct supervision or independently as required

Skills

• Education/Experience: Degree in Community Counseling, Nursing, Psychology, or other related field
  One year of oncology experience preferred (for Eligible Employees)
