About the Role
This position provides break and/or meal relief for every production position on the assigned shift. Duration of each assignment varies according to operational needs but generally does not exceed 20 minutes. The role requires constant interaction with work groups and other departments at the primary work location. Competency in on-the-job activities that may directly or indirectly affect product safety, legality, and quality is essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine production tasks in accordance with applicable standards as directed by a supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and work rules.
- Ensure adherence to company policies on EEO, sexual harassment, safety, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other applicable regulations.
- Fulfill work schedules and adhere to attendance policies and other operational rules.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervision, deemed integral by management.
Requirements
- No educational prerequisite, but must demonstrate the ability to read, comprehend, and record information applicable to the job.
- One or more years of production experience and basic knowledge of production procedures (preferred).
Pay
Salary range: $21.64 – $26.82 per hour.
