Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of food and beverage associates to deliver timely, friendly service across all dining areas
- Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to maintain service quality, cleanliness, and team performance
- Serve as a key link between front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Step in as needed to support bartending, bussing, or food running duties to maintain efficient service flow
- Manage scheduling and supply orders to balance business needs with labor and cost control
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in a server or similar role
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Hotel or hospitality background
- Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule
