About the role

The Lodge at Columbia Point offers a unique dining experience where you can bring your attention to detail and service skills to create unmatched experiences for guests. You will be responsible for managing orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders and serves food and beverage items to guests according to established standards
• Enters orders into the Point of Sale system and communicates special requests to the culinary team
• Assembles food items, ensuring attractive and consistent presentation
• Maintains food and beverage items at the correct temperature
• Keeps current on menu offerings and sold-out items
• Processes guest payments using proper accounting and cash handling procedures
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the guest dining area

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server in a similar restaurant environment
• Working knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures
• Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
• Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s)

Pay

$17.13 hourly pay rate, tip/pooling eligible, paid time off/holiday pay, daily pay eligibility
