We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Remove boilerplate, navigation, etc. The posting includes: - Intro: "Embassy Suites is a fast-paced, high-energy workplace, with endless opportunities for skill development and advancement. Come join the best team in the Food and Beverage and the Hospitality Industries!" This is about the role/company, could be "About the role" or "About the company". We'll treat as About the role. - Then "Breakfast Server: Shifts: 5:00am-1:00pm Must have weekend availability Wage: Competitive pay - based on experience Position can be used as a paid internship Benefits Include: Hotel and restaurant discounts Earned Paid Time Off for ALL Team Members Insurance (health, vision, dental, life) for full time Team Members Flexible schedules Holiday Pay 8 hours of paid volunteer time per year Advancement and professional growth opportunities 100% paid maternity/paternity or adoption leave for those who qualify for FMLA Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Pine Rest (3 free counseling visits, online library, and access to legal, financial and elder care consultations)". This includes schedule, wage, benefits. We'll need to extract schedule: Shifts: 5:00am-1:00pm Must have weekend availability. Wage: Competitive pay - based on experience. Benefits list: many items. - Position Summary: "Responsible for meeting and exceeding the expectations of all guests. The Banquet Server is responsible for assisting in service, set up, and clean-up of all banquet functions. This is a fast-paced position that will involve constant customer interaction, while following local health department standards, Suburban Inns’ Core Values, and brand standards, as well as going above and beyond to ensure that guests are 100% satisfied." - Essential Functions: list of duties. - Position Requirements: Minimum Knowledge, Formal Education and Job-Related Experience, License, Registration, and or Certification: TIPS or ServSafe Certification required, Work Schedule, Uniform and Appearance Guidelines, etc. We need to produce sections: maybe About the role (intro), Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Requirements (Position Requirements), Benefits (list), Pay (Wage), Schedule (Shifts). Also maybe Qualifications? Could combine Requirements and Qualifications but we have both. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include only those with real content. We have content for About the role (intro). Responsibilities (Essential Functions). Requirements (Position Requirements includes Minimum Knowledge, Formal Education, Certification). Benefits (list). Pay (Wage). Schedule (Shifts). Qualifications maybe not separate; we could omit if no distinct content. Skills maybe not separate. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Breakfast Server? Actually posting says Breakfast Server then later Banquet Server. We'll not repeat. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; there is none. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. There's "Powered by JazzHR Eqvs7RiXXz" at end - remove. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

About the role

Embassy Suites is a fast-paced, high-energy workplace, with endless opportunities for skill development and advancement. Come join the best team in the Food and Beverage and the Hospitality Industries!

Responsibilities

  • Report to work in uniform presented professionally, neat, and clean

  • Maintain knowledge of event menu items and their contents, as well as appropriate table settings and service ware and the correct preparation, plating, and garnishing methods.
  • Communicating requests (allergies, special meal, etc.) to Supervisor
  • For multiple-choice meal entrée events, keep track of requests, ensuring proper number of items and correct plate delivery to guest

  • Responsible for set up, service, maintenance, and break down of banquet rooms before, during and after an event
  • Assist with other areas servicing a function, i.e., Kitchen, Banquet Bar as needed
  • Ability to carry large and heavy trays on a continuous basis throughout a shift
  • Report needed repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisor
  • Ability to assist guests with setup or other service changes, as well as basic AV needs
  • Practice “clean as you go” techniques of service; keeping all banquet areas clean, neat, and supplied at all times
  • Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued each day
  • Exhibit regular and recurrent attendance records
  • Other duties as requested by management

Requirements

  • Minimum Knowledge: Requires ability to interpret / extract information and / or perform arithmetic functions. May require typing, record keeping, or word processing. Good communication skills.
  • Formal Education and Job-Related Experience: (not explicitly stated; but we can note none given? Actually posting didn't specify formal education; we should not invent. So maybe we omit this bullet if no content. But we have "Formal Education and Job-Related Experience:" heading in the source but no detail after colon. It says: "Formal Education and Job-Related Experience:" then line break then "License, Registration, and or Certification: TIPS or ServSafe Certification required". So there is no detail for formal education. We should not include empty content. So we can skip that bullet.
  • License, Registration, and or Certification: TIPS or ServSafe Certification required
  • Work Schedule: Work regularly requires or varies between day, evening, night, holiday, and/or weekend assignments. Schedule varies according to business demands and needs
  • Uniform and Appearance Guidelines: Uniform: Uniform and name tag provided. Close-toed, non-slip shoes are the responsibility of the Team Member. Appearance: Hair must be kept well-groomed. Any tattoo that is deemed offensive to co-workers, guests, vendors or others in the workplace based on racial, sexual, religious, ethnic, or other characteristics or attributes of a sensitive or legally protected nature are not permitted and must remain covered or concealed at all times. This policy will be administered by the position’s supervisor, without regard to race, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, height, weight, genetics, familial status, veteran status, and other protected characteristics. The Vice President of Operations has the authority to veto any decision made by the position’s supervisor. We are a dynamic organization in a rapidly changing industry. Accordingly, the responsibilities associated with this job will change from time to time in accordance with business needs. More specifically, the incumbent may be required to perform additional and / or different responsibilities from those set forth above.
But we need to avoid boilerplate like EEO statements. The Uniform and Appearance Guidelines includes a long EEO statement; that might be considered boilerplate (EEO). The instruction: remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should strip that part. Keep only the uniform and appearance guidelines that are not EEO. The EEO statement is: "This policy will be administered by the position’s supervisor, without regard to race, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, height, weight, genetics, familial status, veteran status, and other protected characteristics. The Vice President of Operations has the authority to veto any decision made by the position’s supervisor. We are a dynamic organization in a rapidly changing industry. Accordingly, the responsibilities associated with this job will change from time to time in accordance with business needs. More specifically, the incumbent may be required to perform additional and / or different responsibilities from those set forth above." That's EEO boilerplate. Remove it. Thus Uniform and Appearance Guidelines bullet should be: "Uniform: Uniform and name tag provided. Close-toed, non-slip shoes are the responsibility of the Team Member. Appearance: Hair must be kept well-groomed. Any tattoo that is deemed offensive to co-workers, guests, vendors or others in the workplace based on racial, sexual, religious, ethnic, or other characteristics or attributes of a sensitive or legally protected nature are not permitted and must remain covered or concealed at all times." Actually the tattoo policy might be considered part of appearance guidelines but not EEO. It mentions protected characteristics but it's about offensive tattoos; might be okay. We'll keep the appearance line but maybe remove the EEO sentence after that. We'll keep: "Uniform: Uniform and name tag provided. Close-toed, non-slip shoes are the responsibility of the Team Member. Appearance: Hair must be kept well-groomed. Any tattoo that is deemed offensive to co-workers, guests, vendors or others in the workplace based on racial, sexual, religious, ethnic, or other characteristics or attributes of a sensitive or legally protected nature are not permitted and must remain covered or concealed at all times." That's still mentioning protected characteristics but it's about offensive tattoos; it's not EEO statement per se. We'll keep. Now Benefits section: list items. We have: Hotel and restaurant discounts, Earned Paid Time Off for ALL Team Members, Insurance (health, vision, dental, life) for full time Team Members, Flexible schedules, Holiday Pay, 8 hours of paid volunteer time per year, Advancement and professional growth opportunities, 100% paid maternity/paternity or adoption leave for those who qualify for FMLA, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Pine Rest (3 free counseling visits, online library, and access to legal, financial and elder care consultations). We'll put each as
  • . Pay section: Wage: Competitive pay - based on experience. Also Position can be used as a paid internship. We'll include that. Schedule section: Shifts: 5:00am-1:00pm Must have weekend availability. We might also include Work Schedule from Requirements but that's more generic; we already have specific shift. We'll keep schedule section with the specific shift. Now ensure we don't include headings with empty content. We have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should not include Qualifications or Skills as they lack specific content. Now produce HTML. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The "Position Summary" we didn't include as a section; we could incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities? The Position Summary is a brief overview; we could add to About the role. But we already have About the role with intro. Could add Position Summary as a paragraph under About the role. However we must not duplicate. The Position Summary: "Responsible for meeting and exceeding the expectations of all guests. The Banquet Server is responsible for assisting in service, set up, and clean-up
