Breakfast Server

About the role

The Edwin, Carter & Canary is seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Server to join our team. Our restaurant, bar, and speakeasy are gathering places where guests and locals come together to enjoy Colorado-inspired cuisine and drinks, all served with warmth and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and take food and drink orders from restaurant customers
• Serve food and beverages, anticipate guest needs, and maintain knowledge of menu offerings
• Complete restocking and cleaning duties as instructed
• Control guest checks and ensure accuracy of payments
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in the restaurant and kitchen
• Attend and participate in departmental meetings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar position for at least 3 months
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles, food server function, and restaurant and kitchen operations
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry up to 75% of the time
• Physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and carrying
• Excellent vision and hearing to handle tasks in a busy environment
• Ability to multitask and follow verbal and written instructions

Qualifications

Pay

$12.14 - $12.14 per hour

Schedule

Seasonal employment anticipated between July 1, 2026 and October 1, 2026 with flexibility based on business volume and operational needs.
