Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Serve breakfast to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints
- Ensure smooth operation of the breakfast service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in hospitality or similar field preferred
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good physical stamina for standing and moving throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
