Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes accordingli>Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Delight our guests by managing orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience
• Execute advanced cooking techniques (e.g., sauces, roasting, grilling, plating) with the possibility of working a station independently as needed
• Inspect and finalize plates ahead of serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by keeping food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols
• Manage product and operational needs, including handling multiple tickets/orders at once, assisting with training, and stepping in for minor supervisory duties
• Comply with regulatory standards by maintaining health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member well-being
