Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast items such as eggs, meats, potatoes, and other menu items.
- Set up and restock the breakfast buffet or made-to-order station.
- Ensure all food is cooked and presented according to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, prep areas, and serving stations.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of supply needs.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests.
Qualifications
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (hotel experience a plus).
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and safety practices.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
