Breakfast Cook

Responsibilities

• Cook on the line to prepare menu items for our hotel restaurant, Hull & Mason.
• Operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment such as the deep fryer, broiler, stove, and flat top grill.
• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and guest requests.

Requirements

• Prior line cook experience is preferred.
• Proper knife handling skills and an understanding of food safety/sanitation and various cooking methods.
• Ability to speak and read English to read order tickets and communicate with restaurant staff.
• 1–2 years of prior professional cooking experience.
• Must be a team player willing to pitch in to ensure a smooth shift and satisfied guests.
• Must be available to work based on business demands, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or better; technical/other training preferred.
