About the role

Work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch-bake goods like croissants, Viennoiserie, pastries, scones, quick breads, muffins, coffeecakes, and more in our state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

• Create and trial new recipes while mastering the tried-and-true favorites.
• Show off your creativity and variety in catering events hosted at Epic.
• Enjoy high levels of autonomy and opportunities to grow into leadership and management roles.
• Leverage the unique themes and facilities at Epic to enhance productivity and creativity.

Requirements

• 2+ years baking in a professional kitchen.
• A Baking & Pastry Arts degree is preferred, but large-volume experience is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• Comfortable with regular lifting of 50+ lbs.
