Breakfast Baker

This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

About the role

Work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch-bake goods like croissants, Viennoiserie, pastries, scones, quick breads, muffins, coffeecakes, and more in our state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

• Create and trial new recipes while mastering tried-and-true favorites
• Contribute to catered events hosted at Epic
• Work with a high level of autonomy and opportunities to grow into leadership and management roles

Requirements

• 2+ years baking in a professional kitchen and/or a Baking & Pastry Arts degree
• Large-volume experience is a plus
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available)
• Comfortable with regular lifting of 50+ lbs
• COVID-19 vaccination
