Breakfast Baker
This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
About the role
Work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch-bake goods like croissants, Viennoiserie, pastries, scones, quick breads, muffins, coffeecakes, and more in our state-of-the-art facility.
- Creativity, variety, and ownership: Epic menus change daily, allowing Breakfast Bakers opportunities to create and trial new recipes while mastering the tried-and-true favorites.
- Catered events hosted at Epic provide opportunities to try new things and showcase your skills.
- High level of autonomy from the outset, with opportunities to grow into leadership and management roles.
Requirements
- 2+ years baking in a professional kitchen and/or a Baking & Pastry Arts degree
- Large-volume experience is a plus
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Relocation to Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available)
- Comfortable with regular lifting of 50+ lbs
- COVID-19 vaccination
